First of all,  we believe it remains important to remind you that activities to be considered would strictly have to be of the GOSPEL and of this COUNTRY (NIGERIA) or Nigerians in the diaspora,  furthermore, it is important to note that activities are being taken note of from theAGMA calendar year which runs from the 1ST OF OCTOBER PREVIOUS YEAR “2023” to the 31ST OF SEPTEMBER PRESENT YEAR “2024”, hence,  any activity away from these above mentioned criteria would not be considered worthy of nomination. 

THE RULES

General,

1. You can Nominate someone, a group, or Yourself.
2. Anyone or group nominated becomes a Potential Nominee until the OFFICIAL NOMINEES list is released (which will be determined by our 2018-2022 ICONS) 
3. Best 6 of the nominees we receive will be named the OFFICIAL NOMINEES (so your activities throughout the year will strictly decide your nomination Chances)

Individuals,

1. To be the Best Pianist 2024, You must be actively involved in activities like concerts, studio recordings, or be a part of your church throughout theAGMA calendar year
2. To qualify for being the Best Saxophonist 2024. You must have a single/album of yours,  or be actively involved in activities like concerts, studio recordings (yours or someone else’s), or be a part of your church throughout theAGMA calendar year

3. To qualify to be the Best Drummer 2024, You must be actively involved in concerts, studio recordings, or be a part of your church throughout theAGMA calendar year

4. To qualify for being the Best Bass Guitarist 2024, You must be actively involved in activities like concerts, studio recordings or be a part of your church throughout theAGMA calendar year
5. To qualify for being the Best Lead Guitarist 2024, You must be actively involved in activities like, concerts, studio recordings or be a part of your church throughout theAGMA calendar year
6. To qualify for the Song of the Year 2024 (Contemporary), You must have your gospel song recorded within theAGMA year and submitted to od7music.ng

7.To qualify for the Song of the Year 2024 (Indigenous), You must have your gospel song recorded within theAGMA year and submitted to od7music.ng

8. To qualify for the Song of the Year 2024 (Worship), You must have your gospel song recorded within theAGMA year and submitted to od7music.ng

9. To Qualify For The Song Of The Year 2024 (Rap), You Must Have Your Gospel Rap Song Recorded Within TheAGMA Year And Submitted To Od7music.Ng

10. To Qualify For The Song Of The Year 2024 (Alternative), You Must Have Your Gospel Song Recorded Within TheAGMA Year And Submitted To Od7music.Ng

11.To qualify for the Song of the Year 2024 (Pop), You must have your gospel Pop song recorded within theAGMA year and submitted to od7music.ng

12. To qualify for the Song of the Year 2024 (Classical), You must have your gospel song recorded within theAGMA year and submitted to od7music.ng

13. To qualify for the Song of the Year 2024 (INSTRUMENTAL), You must have your gospel song recorded within theAGMA year and submitted to od7music.ng

14. To qualify for the Best Collaboration 2024, You must have your gospel song where you featured someone  recorded within theAGMA year and submitted to od7music.ng

15. To qualify for the Best Video 2024, You must have your gospel Music video released within theAGMA year 

16. To qualify for Best Dance/Dance Drama Group 2024, You must have a video of your dance crew, or be actively involved in concerts within theAGMA calendar year

17. To qualify for being the Best Producer 2024, You must have at least 2 gospel songs produced within theAGMA year, 

18. To qualify for being the Act on Campus 2024, You must be in any of the Nigerian tertiary institutions,  You must be actively involved in gospel concerts, or recordings,  features as instrumentalist,  a singer, a dancer, DJ, or Emcee.

19. To Qualify For Being The Best ALBUM 2024, Your Must Have An Album Recorded, Within TheAGMA Calendar Year

20. To qualify for being the Best Choir/Gospel Group 2024, Your choir must have a recording, either audio or video or actively involved in a concert within theAGMA calendar year

21. To qualify for being the BEST YOUNG ACT (U-19) 2024, You must have a recording, either audio or video, and you must have held or actively participated in a concert either physical or digital within theAGMA calendar year.

22. To Qualify For Being The BEST ACT in DIASPORA 2024, You Must Have A Recording, Either Audio Or Video OR You Must Have Held A Concert Either Physical Or Digital Within TheAGMA Calendar Year and be based outside the country.

23. To Qualify For Being The BEST Music Director 2024, You Must Be an active Church Choir or Band Music Director, Actively Involved In Activities Like Concerts, Studio Recordings Throughout TheAGMA Calendar Year

24. To Qualify For Being The BEST BLOG 2024, Your blog must be running for over 5 years, and promoting nothing but gospel.

25. To qualify for being the Spoken Word of the Year 2024, You must have your Material  recorded within theAGMA year and submitted to od7music.ng

26. To qualify for being the Best MC/Comedian of the Year 2024, You must have actively be involved in a church event, or organize a show within theAGMA year with evidence of a youtube link

27. To Qualify For Being The Best DJ Of The Year 2024, You Must Have Actively Been Involved In gospel events Within TheAGMA Year With Evidence Of A Youtube or instagram Link

28. To Qualify For Being The MOST OUTSTANDING ACT Of The Year 2024, You Must Have A Recording, Either Audio Or Video, and You Must have held or be part of A gospel Concert Either Physical Or Digital Within TheAGMA Calendar Year, this category admits participants from all categories, drummers, pianists and so on, as long as You’re an active gospel act
